NCHMCT JEE 2020 is being conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) on April 25 for the academic session set to begin in 2020. Earlier, NCHMCT JEE was conducted by National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) to offer admission to aspirants in hotel management programmes.
NCHMCT is a centrally run body that “regulates academics for BSc Hospitality & Hotel Administration and nine other structured courses of study that are imparted at the existing 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 25 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, one Public Sector Undertaking and 24 Private Institutes of Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT”, informs the official website of NCHMCT JEE.

NCHMCT JEE exam is of three hours duration wherein aspirants need to attempt questions on subjects like – General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Numerical Ability and Analytical Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning and Logical Deduction as well as Aptitude for Service Sector.
Aspirants can go through the list of colleges and seats available for admission if they clear NCHMCT JEE 2020. Earlier, only six IHMs used to offer BSc Hospitality and Hotel Adminsitration (HHA) course with vegetarian cooking option but now all IHMs offer this course. Elaborating on the same the official website informs, “The BSc HHA programme (Generic & Vegetarian) is available along with the Vegetarian candidates in all the affiliated Institute of Hotel Management but only vegetarian practical option is available for vegetarian candidates. However, other theory classes will be at par with the other students”.
