From Housekeeping to Maintenance
- Maintenance Order Slip: It gives the details about the type o maintenance to be carried out in the specific area.
- When
the rooms are off for a certain period of time, this information has to
be passed on to engineering so that they can see and check if each and
every facility is in a working condition or not.
- The VVIP
blocked rooms which have to be put off, are informed to the maintenance
department to make those rooms in accordance to specific needs.
- Preventive Maintenance or Specific Rectification:
All the items for which the housekeeping is having a stock and require
servicing at regular interval or preventive maintenances are to be
informed to maintenance for same.
From Maintenance to Housekeeping
- Special Preventive Maintenance Program: For carrying out regular servicing so that the area can be taken of use for required date and time.
- Breakdown maintenances which cannot be cleared in the stipulated time.
- Special Equipment Servicing: For which the equipment has to be taken out of use or even delivered to the service engineers.
