Maintenance Order Slip: It gives the details about the type o maintenance to be carried out in the specific area.
When
the rooms are off for a certain period of time, this information has to
be passed on to engineering so that they can see and check if each and
every facility is in a working condition or not.
The VVIP
blocked rooms which have to be put off, are informed to the maintenance
department to make those rooms in accordance to specific needs.
Preventive Maintenance or Specific Rectification:
All the items for which the housekeeping is having a stock and require
servicing at regular interval or preventive maintenances are to be
informed to maintenance for same.
From Maintenance to Housekeeping
Special Preventive Maintenance Program: For carrying out regular servicing so that the area can be taken of use for required date and time.
Breakdown maintenances which cannot be cleared in the stipulated time.
Special Equipment Servicing: For which the equipment has to be taken out of use or even delivered to the service engineers.
